Thank you for your interest in the Virtual Graduate School Showcase (VGSS) Hosted by Georgia Tech on Friday, October 18, 2024

The event focuses on traditional academic graduate programs (master’s and doctorate) as well as deferred MBAs. Professional schools such as law, medical, etc. are not included. Graduate programs based in professional schools are welcome.  

Cost

Georgia Tech programs are not required to submit payment but must register for the Meet Georgia Tech session.

Non-Georgia Tech programs must submit $55 to complete the registration process for the Chat with Recruiters session. Registration has two steps. Step 1 is to register. Step 2 is to pay. Your registration is not complete until payment has been received. You will receive instructions on how to submit payment in an email after you have registered. 

Schedule  

All events are Eastern Time and live/in real time.

Recruiters register for one session. The sessions are:

  • 10:00am – 12:00pm: Meet Georgia Tech: Prospective students can meet with recruiters from Georgia Tech programs that have chosen to participate.  This session is only for Georgia Tech programs.
  • 1:00pm – 3:00pm: Chat with Recruiters: Prospective students can meet with any of the participating recruiters from non-Georgia Tech programs. This session is only for non-Georgia Tech programs.

Registration Details to Know

  • Recruiters representing multiple programs have different options when registering.  Please consult the FAQs section “Can we represent multiple programs? What are the options?” for various scenarios and examples.
  • Recruiters can use their virtual platform of choice. Georgia Tech recruiters are encouraged to use those supported by Georigia Tech (Teams and Zoom).
  • All events must be live/in real time. A recruiter is expected to be present for their entire session (2 hours).
  • You will receive multiple lists of registered prospective students before the Showcase and a final one after the event.  You can use the list to do direct marketing. You may also invite any other prospective students you have to meet you at the Showcase.  Prospective student registration is September 18 – October 16, 2024.
